This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility and autonomy in scheduling while providing quality outpatient therapy services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, and collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving therapeutic goals.

• Manage a diverse caseload of 25-30 clients per week while ensuring high-quality documentation of treatment progress and compliance with Mind Bliss Counseling Center policies.

• Provide exceptional customer service, create a safe therapeutic environment, and collaborate with team members to bridge gaps in community mental health services.
\n
• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to empower clients in overcoming challenges and achieving personal goals.
\n
• Regularly prepare detailed progress notes, treatment reviews, and client documentation to ensure compliance with professional standards and organizational guidelines.

• Coordinate care with various stakeholders, including case managers, school staff, and medical personnel, to enhance the holistic treatment experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will primarily cater to a diverse clientele comprising children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various emotional and behavioral challenges. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, with an emphasis on building positive therapeutic relationships that promote healing and growth. Our clientele comes from various cultural backgrounds, and your ability to connect with individuals from different walks of life is crucial to their treatment success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Proven experience in creating clinical documentation, including diagnoses, treatment plans, and case notes.

• A background in fee collection processes at the time of service is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary between $90,000 and $110,000, determined based on qualifications and experience.
