Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Joyful Journey Counseling Services, you will primarily work with a culturally and demographically diverse clientele. This will include individuals, couples, and families struggling with a wide range of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and life transitions. You will play a critical role in promoting healing and resilience within the families and individuals you serve.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Maryland.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience providing therapy in an outpatient mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
