Key Responsibilities\n

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support as necessary, employing clinical judgment to assess client risk and safety during challenging situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that adheres to Tennessee state regulations and best practices in mental health documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will primarily serve a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, encompassing individuals, couples, and families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, behavioral challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• An active LMFT licensure in Tennessee, free of any disciplinary actions.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
