This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about providing exceptional instruction across both Early Childhood and K-5 resource settings. Two full-time positions are available, each split between engaging early learners and supporting elementary-aged students with specialized needs.

Qualified educators will bring dual certification in Early Childhood and Elementary Special Education for Minnesota, ensuring a broad impact within welcoming school environments. The role involves managing a diverse caseload and closely collaborating with school staff, families, and specialists to foster a supportive atmosphere for student growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota teaching license with dual certification in Early Childhood Special Education (EC SpEd) and Elementary Special Education (ES SpEd) required
• Prior experience working across EC and K-5 special education settings preferred
• Demonstrated skill in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and educational teams
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and adaptability skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction and interventions tailored to students in early childhood and K-5 resource settings
• Assess student needs, document progress, and adjust instruction as needed
• Develop and oversee IEP implementation in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Foster positive relationships with students, supporting both academic and social/emotional growth
• Participate in meetings, staff development, and district initiatives
