Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Familiarity with trauma-informed approaches and current research in mental health will be essential in your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Associate (LMHC-A) is mandatory.

• A minimum of one year of experience working in behavioral health settings is essential.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care strategies and evidence-based therapeutic practices, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, and ACT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
