Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments, evaluating the clients' trauma history to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at processing trauma, refining coping strategies, and promoting emotional healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and coping mechanisms, resources, and recovery strategies.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations focused on developing trauma-informed care practices.

Qualifications\n
