Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral and medication treatment plans.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation that aligns with regulatory standards and reflects the clinical care provided.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and assessments as part of the treatment process, ensuring the highest quality of care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective positive behavior support plans, contributing to the broader mission of our organization.

• Serve as a proactive liaison with state agencies, community partners, and service systems to enhance patient access to resources.

• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining compliance with necessary standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is a prerequisite for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
