Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Summit Pacific, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Carrying a caseload of youth clients, establishing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to review their progress, stability, and future appointment needs.

• Developing and implementing individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of youth clients.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and assessment reports.

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to understand each client's needs and establish baseline treatment goals.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions and potentially leading group therapy sessions as appropriate.

• Participating in individual supervision to enhance your clinical skills and treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
