Our remote work setting provides clinicians with the freedom to perform their duties from the comfort of their home or any location of their choice. Serene Mind Therapy utilizes advanced telehealth technology to connect our clinicians to clients seamlessly. Our operational hours span Monday through Saturday, allowing you the flexibility to choose shifts that align with your availability, planning anywhere from 10 to 40 hours of work weekly or more based on your preference.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying their emotional, psychological, and social needs as a baseline for effective treatment planning.

• Document and develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Engage in interdisciplinary care by collaborating with other healthcare providers to discuss treatment updates and progress via regular documentation and case conferences.

• Provide ongoing case management and support for clients, coordinating with hospital and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain timely and ethical documentation in the department’s system, contributing to the continuity of patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs of clients, ensuring effective implementation of clinical interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Serene Mind Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population encompassing varying age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clients come with a wide range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and coping strategies for trauma. Your role will be crucial in guiding them through their challenges and supporting their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of New Jersey is required.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required to ensure you have the requisite skills and knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
