Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing rapport and professional relationships while strictly adhering to ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, discuss challenges, and make recommendations for ongoing treatment or discharge when indicated.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services cater to a diverse outpatient population, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. Counselors will provide therapeutic support to adults, children, and families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential, ensuring current and active status.

• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and communication tools such as Outlook and PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. We operate on a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, allowing counselors to receive compensation upfront, without the delay in reimbursement that can often accompany traditional billing structures.
