Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and design personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches, ensuring that clients receive customized care.

• Assist clients in crisis situations by delivering immediate support and intervention strategies, helping them navigate through acute mental health emergencies while ensuring their safety.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, complying with both legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to create comprehensive care plans that address all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about relevant mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
