Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations through video consultations, documenting findings comprehensively from the initial engagement through the entirety of treatment.

• Developing individualized intervention and recovery plans that address the unique needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.
\n
• Facilitating impactful individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based techniques and therapies tailored to the client’s needs.
\n
• Monitoring client progress diligently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on observable outcomes and feedback.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and social workers, to provide integrated care for clients.
\n
• Proactively following up with clients and healthcare providers for those admitted to hospitals or requiring additional support resources.
\n
• Identifying and addressing potential risks that may interfere with a client’s recovery journey.
\n
• Providing guidance and support to families and caregivers in managing mental and behavioral health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A passing score in the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Strong foundation of clinical experience as a mental health counselor, demonstrating the ability to handle complex cases.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR, to ensure accurate documentation and client tracking.

• Insight into the interplay of emotional and physical health conditions and addiction disorders.
