Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality virtual mental health care using telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a varied client demographic, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your capacity to foster strong therapeutic relationships through telehealth will be essential for creating safe spaces where clients can express their concerns, explore their feelings, and work toward recovery goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required for this position.

• Current licensure in Washington State as an LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor).

• Strong treatment planning skills, with the ability to assess client needs and adjust treatment objectives accordingly.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and digital communication tools to provide effective care.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, particularly in an outpatient environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
