Application Support Engineer IBM WebSphere MQ

Experience: 7 10 years

Must-Have Skills:

7 10 years of experience with IBM WebSphere MQ
Strong expertise in MQ administration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Experience supporting critical business applications/systems
Strong understanding of system architecture and application integration
Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions

Nice-to-Have:

Production & application support experience
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Ability to mentor junior team members and improve support processes

Key Responsibilities:

Provide production/application support and resolve complex issues involving IBM WebSphere MQ.
Analyze system issues, perform RCA, and implement permanent fixes.
Develop a strong understanding of system architecture to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Collaborate with multiple teams for seamless application integration and operations.
Guide junior team members and contribute to support process improvements.
