Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual counseling sessions via our telehealth platform, tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and goal-oriented therapies.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress using the platform’s integrated tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Communicate effectively with clients through various methods, addressing their concerns and supporting them in their mental health journey.

• Collaborate with a network of over 10,000 therapists to share insights, resources, and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinicians work primarily with individuals managing low-acuity mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relational difficulties, weight management challenges, and grief. We pride ourselves on aligning clients with counselors who specialize in their specific areas of need, promoting a tailored treatment approach that improves recovery and engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An independent LPCC license in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

• Strong technical skills with a reliable internet connection and functioning computer setup, as tablets are not supported for clinical work.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly in telehealth or remote counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Heart Harmony offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
