Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions tailored to meet the diverse mental health needs of individuals in various life stages.

• Employ evidence-based counseling techniques and methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide clients through their therapy process.

• Document client progress and treatment plans accurately in our secure Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and social workers, to provide a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

• Guide clients in accessing community resources such as support groups, educational workshops, and additional mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted LPCC license in the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
