We are one of the fastest-growing real estate organizations in the country and are seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume sales call center. This role is responsible for turning activity into results: keeping agents on pace, monitoring performance, improving conversion, and making sure the team consistently executes against its goals.

This is not a role for someone who simply watches the numbers. It’s for a hands-on leader who knows how to drive accountability, solve performance issues, and create an environment where sales professionals are motivated to perform.

What You'll Get:

Compensation:

$180,000 - $200,000 base salary

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations and sales performance

• Track KPIs, call activity, and conversion metrics

• Drive accountability to daily sales and activity goals

• Coach through performance gaps and reinforce strong sales behaviors

• Improve processes, productivity, and overall team results

Qualifications:

• Has led a sales team or high-volume call center

• Is driven by KPIs, conversion, and measurable results

• Knows how to hold people accountable without micromanaging

• Is a confident, hands-on leader who motivates performance
