Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to collect data on clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and resources, forming the basis for individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that set specific therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals in the treatment team to provide coordinated and client-centered care.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups, imparting valuable skills and knowledge to clients and their families.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of clients during challenging situations.

• Maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all client information is secured appropriately.

Qualifications\n
