Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, personal strengths, and resource availability.

• Offer therapeutic interventions, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and fellow therapists, to ensure cohesive and informed client treatment approaches.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary, to ensure client safety and support.

• Document client progress thoroughly and promptly in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring continuity of care.

• Lead and support group therapy sessions, educational courses, and support groups to enhance the therapeutic experience for clients.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and identify areas for improved client support strategies.
