Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Provide ongoing therapy services, ensuring the therapeutic environment is safe, respectful, and conducive to client growth.

• Document all sessions meticulously, maintaining clear and accurate records for each client’s progress and treatment outcomes.

• Regularly evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to better meet individual needs.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and support organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing therapy to individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing various mental health issues. This may include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and family dynamics among others. Our clients include adults, adolescents, and families who seek assistance in navigating their mental health challenges.”

Qualifications\n

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license in the state of New Jersey as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent, enabling the provision of unsupervised mental health therapy.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult populations.
\n
• Proficiency in performing intake assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to the client’s needs.
\n
• Strong ability to document therapy sessions accurately and effectively, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

• A clean disciplinary record in relation to licensing boards in any jurisdiction.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience and training in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Familiarity with working within school systems or collaborating with educational institutions for therapy funding.

Compensation and Benefits\n
