Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Circle of Care Counseling Center, your primary duties will include:

• Providing comprehensive clinical services and developing personalized, recovery-based treatment plans specific to each client's needs.

• Continuously assessing clients' treatment needs and goals, adapting interventions as necessary to facilitate their recovery journey.

• Assisting in the formulation, monitoring, and implementation of individual service plans that reflect the personal aspirations of clients.

• Guiding clients in developing essential life skills, including coping mechanisms, problem-solving approaches, and effective communication techniques.

• Educating clients about available community services and passionately advocating for their access to these essential resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with are individuals aged 18 and over, who may be experiencing challenges in maintaining community stability due to mental health issues. They may face various conditions ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid state license as either an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) is required.

• Proficiency to practice independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary record.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build rapport with clients and communicate effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
