Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering positive, therapeutic relationships by utilizing effective communication strategies and counseling techniques.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, assessing their progress and stability, while identifying opportunities for discharge or continued care as needed.

• Craft and oversee personalized treatment plans, ensuring that they are centered on the individual needs and preferences of each client.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including progress notes that comply with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care, treatment efficacy, and incorporate feedback into clinical practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Illinois.

• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and specialty mental health software (e.g., PIMSY) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
