Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Thrive Mind Family Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing personalized treatment plans through comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Delivering therapeutic interventions utilizing a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create a holistic approach to client care, ensuring comprehensive support for all aspects of a client's wellbeing.

• Documenting clinical records accurately, adhering to industry regulations and ethical standards to maintain effective communication within the healthcare team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
