This role primarily operates in a remote capacity, allowing the professional to engage with clients and coordinate care from various settings, including schools. Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a clinician for clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, providing individualized support both in school settings and remotely.

• Establish and maintain positive rapport with clients to ensure trust and openness, fostering an encouraging experience tailored to each individual.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments to identify client needs and develop integrated care plans that facilitate access to necessary services and support.

• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to student mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, including proactive engagement during high-stress situations to ensure student safety and well-being.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to stay aligned with their evolving needs and objectives.

• Participate in quality improvement committees to enhance agency service delivery and the effectiveness of mental health initiatives.

• Manage a caseload of clients through effective time management and organization, ensuring timely completion of reports and documentation.

• Be available for on-call coverage outside of standard operating hours, providing critical support when it is most needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work is required; an MSW or equivalent degree is preferred.

• Active LCSW license in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
