Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Trim And Healthy Mental Clinic, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health status of clients through individual sessions.

• Developing, implementing, and adjusting personalized treatment plans aimed at effectively addressing each client’s unique challenges.

• Facilitating ongoing therapy sessions tailored to individual and group needs, providing clients with effective coping strategies and therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborating with healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR), documenting client progress and treatment modifications in accordance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health issues, including but not limited to:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current and valid professional license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
