Union Payroll Specialist

Union Payroll Specialist | 100% Remote | $70,000–$75,000

If you have hands-on experience processing union payroll and understand the reporting that comes with multiple unions, benefit plans, and state requirements, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a specialized payroll function in a fully remote environment.

Location: 100% Remote Compensation: $70,000–$75,000

What You'll Be Doing

• Process union payroll accurately and on schedule
• Handle union labor and benefit reporting requirements
• Manage multi-state payroll and related benefit reporting
• Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Coordinate reporting and payments across multiple unions and benefit plans
• Ensure payroll practices remain compliant with applicable union agreements and reporting requirements
• Support payroll-related audits, reconciliations, and year-end reporting

Who We're Looking For

• Previous experience processing union payroll
• Experience with union benefit and labor reporting
• Multi-state payroll experience
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and reporting requirements
• Experience supporting multiple unions and benefit plans
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines independently

• Certified payroll experience
• Prevailing wage payroll experience
