Payroll Specialist

Job Description Responsible for managing full cycle payroll administration, efficiently and effectively for multi-states. Assist Human Resources with various HR related responsibilities and activities. Administer full cycle semi-monthly and special payrolls. Conduct audit to ensure accuracy of entries. Collect, maintain, and manage all current and future payroll changes and input change at appropriate time. Troubleshoot and resolve all payroll discrepancies; consult with ADP or HR staff as necessary to assist in the process. Research and implement required tax set up in ADP for new states in conjunction with completing and filing appropriate registration forms for the state’s Department of Revenue and Unemployment agencies. Research and provide the HR team with the appropriate employer poster requirements for each new state in which we enter. Manage all agency notices. Ensure the Company is in compliance and that the appropriate taxes are being collected and disbursed by ADP as necessary. Maintain/file/scan all HR and payroll paperwork and files. Provide Finance with copies of semi-monthly statements and invoices upon receipt. Assist employees with payroll and IpayStatement related questions. Complete employment verifications.
