Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure, offering guidance and support as they navigate their educational and professional journeys.

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and community organizations, to coordinate holistic care and support for clients.
\n
• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans that reflect current best practices and respond to clients’ evolving needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Stay updated with advancements in mental health treatment methodologies, incorporating new research into practice to improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client base seeking therapy for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s Degree in a related field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc.) and possess a valid state license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).

• Professional liability insurance is required for practice.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a licensed mental health provider.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in supervising or mentoring graduate-level practicum students or interns is preferred.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technologies to provide effective remote care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 annually, with the added incentive of a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
