Our practice supports a telehealth facility that operates seven days a week from 7 am to 10 pm, ensuring that clients have access to services at times that suit their schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Insight Therapy, you will:

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and establish appropriate treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans centered on trauma recovery and resilience.
\n
• Provide evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support clients in their healing journeys.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process trauma and develop effective coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
