This role offers the flexibility of remote work while being integrated within our outpatient office setting in Lynnwood, Washington. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions tailored to individual, couples, and family dynamics, utilizing a range of evidence-based techniques and modalities.

• Assess clients' mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations and diagnostics, crafting personalized treatment plans to achieve therapeutic goals.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to effectively address client issues.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance skillsets and stay current with industry best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing direct clinical services.

• Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Dedication to ethical practice, cultural competence, and social justice in therapeutic settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy modalities and communication technologies is preferred, given the remote work setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging between USD 115,000 and 130,000 , commensurate with experience.
\n
