Work Environment\n

As a remote Telehealth counselor, you will work in a flexible environment that combines both telemedicine and, when appropriate, in-person interactions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on various mental health challenges.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic approaches based on clients' needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to coordinate care plans and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while leveraging digital tools for efficiency.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and remaining informed about advancements in mental health research.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada, with credentials in good standing.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, particularly within a clinical setting, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
