Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Adelphi, you will be integral to our mission by providing professional counseling services to clients aged 18 to 30. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and supportive sessions that offer a safe space for clients to share experiences and build connections.

• Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized sessions to explore each client’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, developing tailored coping strategies and action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaboratively create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and regularly track client progress, adapting treatment as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, communicating regarding client care, coordinating treatment efforts, and consulting on complex cases.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
