Work Environment

As a full-time Physical Therapist at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, you will work in a positive and supportive environment, equipped with advanced therapeutic equipment and technology. Our center prioritizes a collaborative atmosphere where therapists, support staff, and medical professionals work together to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, providing a balanced routine that allows you to contribute to the health and wellness of our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify each patient's individual objectives, requirements, and preferences to create tailored treatment plans.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring quality care and personalized attention.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including manual therapy and exercise prescription, to facilitate recovery.
• Administer interventions aimed at improving patients' range of motion, strength, and overall physical function.
• Formulate and document comprehensive treatment plans, continuously evaluating patient progress and modifying approaches as necessary.
• Encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering motivation and commitment to their treatment goals.
• Build cooperative relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all patient interactions and treatments using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, such as WebPT.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population encompasses a diverse range of individuals, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain disorders. You will have the opportunity to impact the recovery of a varied clientele, ensuring each patient's journey is unique and centered around their specific needs.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) is required.
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in California.
• No record of disciplinary actions on license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Proficient in utilizing EMR software, preferably WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Experience creating individualized fitness and rehabilitation programs tailored to the diverse needs of clients.
• Demonstrated ability to minimize reliance on medications through effective therapy and education.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
