Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor progress, address stability, and prepare for possible discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation including progress notes and treatment records to ensure compliance with organizational policies.

• Perform thorough intake assessments that identify the specific mental health needs of each client.
\n
• Deliver individual therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to guide treatment and support clients' personal development.

• Engage in individual supervision to continually enhance clinical skills and engage in reflects on practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily involves working with youth, addressing various mental health challenges and promoting resilience. The LPC will support clients through both individual therapy and the potential integration of group therapy formats. Qualifications\n

• A relevant Master's Degree in mental health or a closely related discipline.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
