About the Role

We are not looking for someone who simply posts jobs and waits for applications.

We are looking for a proactive talent partner who enjoys identifying exceptional candidates, building relationships, and helping a fast-growing company scale. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Corporate roles.

What You'll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
• Build strong talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously across customer-facing, technical, and leadership roles
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process
• Coordinate interviews and drive efficient hiring processes
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring effectiveness
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends and recruiting strategies
• Help strengthen WeBox's employer brand and attract top talent

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for multiple functions, including customer-facing and technical roles
• Strong sourcing skills and a proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates
• Demonstrated success hiring in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage competing priorities and move quickly without sacrificing quality
• Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Passion for startups and building teams from the ground up

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup or high-growth company experience
• Experience recruiting for Product Managers, Software Engineers, Sales, and Customer Success roles
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and modern sourcing tools
• Experience supporting organizations through periods of rapid scaling
