This fully remote position allows healthcare professionals the freedom to create their own schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct weekly telehealth sessions, delivering evidence-based therapy to adult clients facing various emotional and psychological challenges.

  Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatric providers, to ensure comprehensive and coherent treatment plans for clients.

  Utilize real-time data from symptom self-assessments and goal progress metrics to adjust treatment interventions as necessary.

  Document clinical notes and treatment plans in our accessible counselor portal, ensuring compliance with best practices in medical documentation.

  Engage in ongoing interactions with the Therapy Leadership Team for clinical guidance and professional support as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Brightside, you will work primarily with adults who present with a range of emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Our clients come from various socioeconomic backgrounds, and you will have the opportunity to provide care that is both compassionate and effective. Our innovative Crisis Care Program also enables counselors to work with individuals at risk for suicide, using the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS) protocol.

Qualifications\n

  Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

  Valid and active LPC license in the state of practice, with at least two years of relevant clinical experience.

  Proficiency in evidence-based therapy modalities, particularly CBT.

  Strong commitment to providing culturally competent care to diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

  Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems.

  Experience working in a virtual or remote healthcare setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and state licensure. Counselors may choose between a 1099 or W2 employment model, depending on their state demands. Additional benefits include:
