As a BDR, you’ll convert interest from our rapidly growing user base into qualified enterprise opportunities, opening the door for our sales team to win new customers. This role is designed for high‑achieving, early‑career talent who thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and want to develop the skills to become top‑performing Account Executives. About the Role As a Business Development Representative at Scribe, you will help turn interest from Scribe’s fast‑growing product‑led user base into a steady stream of qualified enterprise opportunities. You’ll partner closely with Account Executives and cross‑functional teams to create meaningful connections with prospective customers and drive pipeline growth. In this role, you will: Turn interest from Scribe’s rapidly growing PLG user base into qualified enterprise opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline goals. Research target accounts and key stakeholders to create thoughtful, high‑impact outreach strategies. Design and execute outbound and reactivation campaigns that engage new accounts and re‑engage dormant prospects. Build trusted partnerships with Account Executives to ensure seamless customer handoffs and strong win rates. Lead high‑value prospect conversations, including discovery and light product education, to identify enterprise fit. Experiment with new outreach strategies and collaborate cross‑functionally to test and scale what works. Represent Scribe in webinars, trainings, and live customer interactions that help users experience the product’s value firsthand. Location Our HQ is in beautiful San Francisco, California. For this role, we expect you to live in or near San Francisco and work from the office 3 days per week. What Makes You a Great Fit You may be a great fit if: 6 months – 2+ years of experience in sales or customer‑facing roles, with exposure to prospecting, customer conversations, or inbound lead management. You’ve demonstrated academic excellence, leadership, or achievement through internships, extracurriculars, athletics, or other experiences. You’re naturally curious and excited to continuously learn new technologies and sales strategies like AI and LLMs. You thrive in fast‑moving environments and adapt quickly as priorities evolve.
