Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring ethical practice and confidentiality at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• All candidates must have no limited or provisional licenses and no prior disciplinary actions against them.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with a compassionate nature that promotes therapeutic relationships.

• Strong computer literacy to effectively navigate our telehealth platform and maintain client records.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a robust understanding of various therapeutic approaches and possess the ability to establish rapport quickly with clients. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year , depending on your working hours and experience. Additionally, therapists will receive:
