Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and innovative techniques.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on clients' unique circumstances and goals, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices.

• Deliver engaging therapy sessions using secure teletherapy platforms, focusing on techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to meet client needs.

• Facilitate regular progress reviews with clients to adjust treatment plans as necessary, fostering an environment of open dialogue and trust.

• Manage administrative tasks, including timely documentation of sessions and updates in client progress, ensuring compliance with professional standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n
