Work Environment\n

This role is 100% remote, leveraging advanced telehealth technology to facilitate client sessions and optimize treatment processes. You will be part of a dynamic team that embraces flexibility in work hours while ensuring access to crucial mental health support. Your scheduled hours will typically be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate the needs of your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ psychological needs and develop individualized treatment plans that resonate with their specific goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, for individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups for various mental health topics, fostering a safe and supportive community environment for clients.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
