Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Engaging in teletherapy sessions, providing virtual counseling to clients, ensuring accessibility for those with mobility challenges or preferences for remote service.
• Collaboratively establishing therapeutic goals with clients, and regularly monitoring their progress to adjust interventions as needed.
• Participating in regular staff meetings, group supervision sessions, and one-on-one meetings with your clinical supervisor to foster collaboration and professional development.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
• Staying updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment through participation in professional development activities.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
