This role is 100% remote, allowing therapists to work comfortably from anywhere within the United States. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth to adolescents and young adults dealing with various mental health issues.

• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients, offering personalized care plans that promote healing and wellness.

• Participate in regular case discussions with fellow clinicians to share insights, strategies, and best practices for client care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe space for clients to engage and share their experiences.
\n
• Document client progress in accordance with regulations and clinic standards, ensuring continuous updates in treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices to address individual client needs and improve patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention as required and engage families in treatment when appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adolescent and young adult clients who may be facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Our commitment to a small group size—no more than eight clients per group—allows for in-depth therapeutic work and meaningful connections with clients, thus fostering a supportive environment conducive to healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is mandatory.

• A valid clinical license such as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is required; however, we welcome junior-licensed clinicians and provide full supervision.

• Availability to work between 12 and 40 hours per week depending on the chosen engagement model (contract or W2).
\n
• For contract positions, flexibility to schedule sessions independently is key.
\n
• For W2 positions, commitment to full-time hours including evenings and Saturdays is necessary to meet client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working with adolescents and young adults in a therapeutic setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and a solid understanding of remote care practices.
\n
• Experience in group therapy facilitation, particularly with young clients facing complex challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous compensation package, all clinical staff will have access to free online continuing education units (CEUs) to meet licensing requirements and foster professional development.
