Responsibilities:

  • Performs other related duties as assigned;
  • Organize and schedule appointments;
  • Clerical duties including but not limited to data entry and review, faxing, copying, filing;
  • Compose and type routine correspondence;
  • Maintains current organization staffing charts by site;
  • Audits various documents to identify and report discrepancies;
  • Data entry, intake tracking, daily reporting and monitoring of emails etc;
  • staff hiring/termination;
  • Payroll;
  • Information, etc;
  • Assists in financial analysis;
  • judgment and discretion;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Staff personnel actions such as benefit changes, employment status personal;
  • Follow up on referral forms.

Requirements:

  • Must maintain a professional appearance;
  • Must be able to pass a background check;
  • Phone and client interfacing experience;
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Type 50-60 WPM;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Critical thinking skills and good judgement;
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience working in a professional environment;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work in a team;
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
  • Demonstrated attention to detail to accurately complete order entries, research for proposals, and complete reports as needed;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team based environment;
  • Previous experience with Meridian document control software preferred.
