Our company is looking for a House Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a leader to our direct care staff, ensuring that the needs of the individuals we support are met;
  • Plan weekly and monthly activities for the individuals we support;
  • Greet all guests warmly with an appropriate greeting;
  • Must have a reliable car;
  • Enforce HK rules for residency to ensure the smooth and orderly operation of the HK program;
  • Oversee day-to-day activities of homeless residents currently residing at an HK facility;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing-Required;
  • Arrange transportation for support services and when needed assist with filling out forms, applications, etc;
  • Involve residents in community building activities;
  • BLS, ACLS within 6 months of hire;
  • Mediate interpersonal problems between residents;
  • Carries out other duties related to patient care and departmental operations as assigned;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Skills in clinical decision making, communication, and quality improvement;
  • Experience in Human Resources management required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred;
  • Valid driver’s license, meeting all insurance requirements;
  • Acceptable driving record and background check;
  • Must be 18 years of age;
  • Must be 21 years of age;
  • 2-3 years customer service experience is required;
  • Maintain a professional, neat, & well-groomed appearance;
  • Strong management, communication, & intrapersonal skills;
  • Ability to be calm under pressure;
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and ability to climb stairs;
  • Must be able to lift up to 60lbs;
  • Ability to read and understand written English;
  • A general understanding of theatrical protocols is a plus;
  • Personable, friendly, & helpful – team player with a positive attitude;
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
