Responsibilities:
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Determines operational objectives by reviewing with client Asset goals and objectives;
- Conduct weekly calls with clients reviewing pricing performance and providing recommendations;
- Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential;
- Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions;
- Provides references for users by; providing help desk support; training users;
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Requirements:
- Strong client focus, excellent teamwork abilities, integrity, and relationship-building skills;
- Demonstrated track record for achieving goals;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable in client environments;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher-level client management experience;
- A strong record of professional success, including at least 3 years of client-facing experience;
- Superior client-facing skills;
- A minimum of 3 years of Property Management and/or Revenue Management in the Multifamily industry (Preferred).
