Our company is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- In designated locations, may be a secondary key carrier responsible for basic and detailed opening and closing responsibilities;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Effectively communicate with all associates, management, and customers; interprets and retains information and applies knowledge appropriately;
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety and environmental rules;
- Maintain an organized and neat shop;
- Provide our customers with technical support when navigating PillPack.com;
- Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them;
- Understand each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship;
- Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish;
- Work a flexible schedule – shifts will possibly start and end outside of normal business hours;
- Assist customers over the phone and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions;
- Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and co-pays, as well as shipping needs;
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls;
- Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction;
- Be an expert on PillPack and provide a best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast paced environment.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills;
- Strong verbal communication skills;
- Valid driver’s license;
- One year of related experience in the automotive service environment;
- Ability to work Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays;
- One year of sales experience preferred;
- Experience navigating and troubleshooting the internet;
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience;
- 6+ months of relevant experience working with computer and web based tools;
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
- 6+ months of relevant customer service experience;
- Experience working in a customer service or call center;
- Experience working in healthcare environment;
- Reliable vehicle is an asset.
