Requirements:
- Knowledge of marketing and digital analytics tools;
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
- Aesthetic sense with a love for great copy and effective communication;
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with managing day-to-day execution;
- BA or higher degree in business, marketing, and/or english/journalism;
- Strong spoken, written and oral communication skills, with deep experience developing presentations to more easily convey complex concepts;
- Experience in local marketing, with proven experience growing a market-based business, with experience evolving tactics as a market matures;
- 8+ years experience in marketing management, with a history of success in growing demand using a mix of marketing channels;
- Firm grasp on marketing attribution techniques, with experience using Tableau or similar data visualization platform;
- 3+ years of leading and managing a full-time marketing team in a fast-growing start-up and how to make the most of a small budget;
- Extremely organized, self-starter, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Experience building, launching and reporting on campaigns using Pardot, Salesforce and ABM platforms such as Engagio, etc;
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-team, cross-cultural environment;
- Ability to proactively get feedback, continuous learner and implementer of new information;
- Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes.
