Our company is looking for a Dining Room Attendant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and support an environment of “Teamwork” by helping a fellow employee or guest, without a second thought;
  • Attendance in mandatory meetings, training, workshops, and/or seminars;
  • Always wear safety/slip resistant shoes;
  • Uniforms and/or clothing should always be “on stage clean”
  • Adhere to organization policies and procedures;
  • Always wear the safety belt when lifting objects over 20 lbs;
  • Superior attendance and punctuality;
  • Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person;
  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.

Requirements:

  • General restaurant cleaning as directed;
  • Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, and to respond to complaints;
  • Clean tables and/or counters after guests have finished dining;
  • Embodies Traditions Spirits Mission, Vision, and Core Values;
  • Sweep/mop floors;
  • Maintain personal health and sanitation standards (wash hands after using restroom, etc.);
  • Be aware of orders that are ready to be delivered and ensure that the right orders are delivered to the guests;
  • Make sure that all guests have the things they need, such as napkins, salt and pepper;
  • Clean and roll/unroll mats;
  • Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry;
  • Refill drinks as necessary;
  • Remove serving dishes from tables and take them to the kitchen for cleaning;
  • Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster;
  • Remove trash and garbage to dumpster;
  • Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service, performance, and/or safety.
