Responsibilities:
- Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination;
- Procurement of construction materials;
- Enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by Field Management;
- Receives continual supervision and direction in the performance of assigned responsibility;
- RFI’s;
- Maintain project schedule;
- Prepares and leads project close out process, including Owner training, O&Ms, as-builts, permits, etc;
- Helps process subcontractor pay requests;
- Manages and tracks punch list completion with the Superintendent;
- Capable of providing an effective Quality Assurance / Quality Control role in his/her technical discipline;

Requirements:

- Degree in Construction Management or STEM and/or 2 years electrical construction industry experience preferred;
- Obtaining permits and scheduling inspections as requested;
- Self-starter capable of working independently and as a member of a group;
- Must have experience in contract management, budget & cost control, and positive client relationships;
- Must have good computer skills; experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; Primavera P6; Procore; and Timberline desired;
- Establish and maintains all project management files, document control;
- Experience on U.S. Federal or large commercial / industrial client projects is desired, but not required;
- Experience using MS Project/Primavera, Procore, SharePoint, MS Office and PowerPoint;
- Entry-level to 3 years of industry experience;
- Experience on design – build projects is a plus.
