Responsibilities:
- Identify and procure test equipment;
- Sustain production testing of RF/digital microelectronic products;
- Document and implement test process;
- Support design engineer in test data analysis and reporting;
- Monitor test process stability through SPC, Pareto charts, and applicable metrics;
- Design and develop test methodology and protocols for variety of RF/digital assemblies and products.
Requirements:
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks in a timely manner, and learn new principle ideas and concepts;
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
- Ability to organize work and deliver on time work products;
- Ability to read and interpret product drawings;

- Familiarity with Aircraft Avionics systems and/or Mission Systems subsystem;
- Experience with agile methodologies;
- BS in technical discipline and at least one year professional experience;
- A working knowledge of tools for requirements and verification Traceability;
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work with suppliers to generate verification and validation plans;
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation;
- Knowledge of RF, EW and/or CNI;
- Ability to understand and apply electronics engineering principles to development;
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
