Our company is looking for a Electronics Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and procure test equipment;
  • Sustain production testing of RF/digital microelectronic products;
  • Document and implement test process;
  • Support design engineer in test data analysis and reporting;
  • Monitor test process stability through SPC, Pareto charts, and applicable metrics;
  • Design and develop test methodology and protocols for variety of RF/digital assemblies and products.

Requirements:

  • Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks in a timely manner, and learn new principle ideas and concepts;
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
  • Ability to organize work and deliver on time work products;
  • Ability to read and interpret product drawings;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required;
  • Familiarity with Aircraft Avionics systems and/or Mission Systems subsystem;
  • Experience with agile methodologies;
  • BS in technical discipline and at least one year professional experience;
  • A working knowledge of tools for requirements and verification Traceability;
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to work with suppliers to generate verification and validation plans;
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation;
  • Knowledge of RF, EW and/or CNI;
  • Ability to understand and apply electronics engineering principles to development;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
